A friendly place?

Einstein was reported to have said

I think the most important question facing humanity is, ‘Is the universe a friendly place?’ This is the first and most basic question all people must answer for themselves.

Judging by the reaction (masks, lockdowns) to what is now recognised as nothing worse than the seasonal flu, it would seem that most, if not all those who donned face-masks would answer Einstein's question with a resounding "no, the universe is not a friendly place, it's scary and dangerous and we need to hide and protect ourselves".

Xmas Events to Celebrate!

(per Anna's email):

I see a twinkle in your eye,
so this shall be my Christmas star
and I will travel to your heart: the manger where the real things are.
And I will find a mother there who holds you gently to her breast,
a father to protect your peace, and by these things you shall be blessed.
And you will always be reborn and I will always see the star
and make the journey to your heart: the manger where the real things are.
