For those attending it would great if everyone came with

(a) some ideas as to how  they would like the sessions to run - procedurally; to ensure good discussion, clear respect and and enlivened and enlightened atmosphere.

(b) three ideas for the substance or content

Meanwhile, so we have some content of substance this first session, if we have time:

(c) Kate will prepare a short talk entitled "A brief introduction to Ralph Waldo Emerson" and why she would choose to a offer a more complete talk on Emerson and his writings at a later date.

The consensus reached during the last Sophia group on Thursday Nov. 28 (2019) was that we reconvene for the first two Thursdays of February.

At which time we’ll discuss future discussions, presentations, venues, and related matters.

One such matter (that was raised during the last group) was kitty (cash on hand) to ensure sufficient funds for hire of the Marvel Hall, in Byron Bay.

There were some within the group who preferred meeting in Mullumbimby, in perhaps a free venue.
